What's included for free?
You can explore the full map with 20,000+ cultural heritage sites and tourist attractions, view place details, read Today in History stories, and use audio guides up to 3 times per day — all without creating an account or paying.
What does TripPing Pass unlock?
TripPing Pass gives you unlimited audio guides, automatic visit detection (records places you visit in the background), and location-based push notifications for nearby heritage sites. Available as a weekly, monthly, or lifetime purchase.
Why does the app need location access?
Location is used to show heritage sites near you and to send push notifications when you're close to a notable place. You can use the app without location access, but nearby discovery and notifications won't be available. We do not store your precise location on our server.
How do I change the app language?
Go to Settings within the app and select your preferred language. TripPing supports 10 languages: Korean, English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, Vietnamese, Thai, and Indonesian. No app restart is needed.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." Your TripPing Pass will be restored automatically if you've previously purchased it with the same Apple ID.
Where is my bookmark and visit data stored?
All bookmarks and visit records are stored locally on your device and synced through iCloud to your other Apple devices. No account is needed, and this data is never sent to our servers.
