TripPing ("the App") is developed and operated by 서문교 (Munkyo Seo). This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it.
1. Information We Collect

2. Information We Do NOT Collect
- No account or login required
- No personal information (name, email, phone number)
- No precise GPS coordinates stored on our server
- No browsing or usage analytics
- No advertising identifiers
3. Local Data
Bookmarks and visit history are stored locally on your device using SwiftData and synced via iCloud to your personal devices. This data never reaches our servers.
4. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third parties. Location data is processed solely by our server to determine nearby places for notifications.
5. Data Retention
- Push tokens: Retained on our server while the app is installed. Automatically invalidated when you uninstall the app.
- Location data: Used in real-time for notification processing; not stored persistently.
- Local data: Deleted when you uninstall the app (iCloud data can be managed through iOS Settings).
6. Data Deletion
To request deletion of any server-side data associated with your device, please contact us at support@tripping.kr. We will process your request within 7 business days.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
